• Transforma is responsible for providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to its contractors to ensure the safe development of activities and to prevent health damage, in accordance with Decree 1072 of 2015.
• Specific health and safety certifications are required for high-risk activities: workers performing safe work at heights must provide a valid competency certification, and those entering areas with yellow fever vectors or using equipment that may cause cuts must provide vaccination certificates for yellow fever and tetanus, respectively.
• Contractors are required to provide proof of payment for the integral social security system and parafiscal obligations, including Health, Pension, and ARL (Administradora de Riesgos Laborales), either at the start of the contract or when submitting payment requests.
