Chilling Prospects 2022: Unlocking financing for energy-efficient cooling in Rwanda

The Rwanda Cooling Initiative (R-COOL), launched in 2018 by UNEP, BASE, and REMA, implements energy performance standards and labels to promote climate-friendly cooling.
