Theory of Change and High-Level Results

• Direct implementation results in 2022 include 654 electricity connections in northern Madagascar, providing access to 3,270 people via 0.19MWp of renewable energy capacity, and the start of electrification for six hospitals in Sierra Leone.
• Cumulative cross-organizational KPIs show that SEforALL has supported 18 countries annually, developed 17 country-level plans, and leveraged a total of 6.3 billion USD (3.6 billion USD directly and 2.7 billion USD indirectly) toward energy access and clean energy transitions.
