ARPM MONITORING PROJECT

• The overall rating for the project is 'Orange minus', with the implementation of the NPoA specifically rated as 'Orange' and the link to the APRM rated as 'Minus'.
• Media-related items, including legislation, the public broadcaster, the treatment of journalists, and access to information, received no rating because they are not featured in the Country Review Report (CRR) or the National Plan of Action (NPoA).
