Terms of Reference (ToR)

The Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) has issued a Request for Proposals to book two 150-person meeting rooms in Abuja, Nigeria, for the Nigeria Renewable Energy Innovation Forum (NREIF) 2025, taking place on 14-15 October 2025. The forum, organized by the Nigerian Rural Electrification Agency (REA), aims to gather 1,000 stakeholders to promote local renewable energy manufacturing and innovation.

• The Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) is seeking a venue in Abuja, Nigeria, to host two meeting rooms for the Nigeria Renewable Energy Innovation Forum (NREIF) 2025 on 14-15 October 2025. Each room must have a capacity for 150 people and include WiFi, tables, chairs, and water bottles.
• The Nigeria Renewable Energy Innovation Forum (NREIF) is organized by the Nigerian Rural Electrification Agency (REA) and aims to mobilize 1,000 participants from industry, investors, and the public sector. The event is designed to accelerate innovation and showcase homegrown clean energy solutions in alignment with the Federal Government's “Nigeria First” Policy.
• ARE will evaluate vendor proposals based on four equally weighted criteria: price (lowest evaluated ceiling price), delivery (most advantageous schedule), technical specifications (satisfying or exceeding ToR requirements), and past performance (demonstrated capability and resources).
