GadgetroniX – Rangel logistics access control system (Tanzania)

A case study detailing the installation of a ZKTeco biometric access control system by GadgetroniX for Rangel Logistics in Tanzania to replace manual warehouse entry processes.

• GadgetroniX, a distributor of solar, water, security, and communication equipment in Tanzania, implemented a biometric security system for Rangel Logistics to address the risks of unauthorized entry and limited accountability associated with manual tracking processes.
• The deployed solution utilized a ZKTeco fingerprint-based access control system, which included a ZKT F18-S biometric terminal, electric lock integration, door sensor monitoring, an exit button control unit, and alarm and doorbell connectivity.
• The installation resulted in operational improvements for the warehouse, including reduced risks of unauthorized access, real-time monitoring of entry logs, and increased workflow efficiency by eliminating manual gate checks.
