The report proposes transforming fossil fuel electricity subsidies in the Dominican Republic into a blended finance model to install rooftop solar systems for low-to-middle income households and small businesses. The initiative specifically targets 200,000 households in low-to-middle income communities and small businesses in vulnerable sectors.
