• Melissa Le Blanc utilized the WIRE Network and other professional connections to transition from academic study to a leadership role at FortisTCI, the utility company for the Turks and Caicos Islands, after obtaining a masters degree in Renewable Energy Technology from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago.
