Electrical and Electronic Equipment - Environmental impacts of trade liberalization

Thailand's rapid growth in the electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) sector has led to significant environmental degradation, including soil and water contamination and a 12% annual increase in e-waste. The report argues that while trade liberalization poses environmental risks, adopting sustainable production and recycling methods can enhance Thailand's global competitiveness.
