Implementation of a Strategic Framework for Scaling Up Ecosystem-Based Adaptation

• Successful scaling of EbA, as a form of nature-based solution, depends on technical interventions supported by enabling environments, which include capacity building, sustainable financing, adaptive governance, political leadership, and the merging of indigenous and local knowledge with scientific data.
