The Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) Conference of the Parties (CoP) held its sixteenth meeting on 19-20 May 2009 in Bogotá, Colombia, where it adopted seven resolutions concerning financial approvals, programming, procedural rules, and committee membership.
