• The Memorandum of Understanding is valid for four years from its publication in the Official Gazette of the State of Santa Catarina and can be extended via an additive term.
• Regarding intellectual property, the parties agree that data and publications resulting from the agreement will be freely and openly available, while commercial products will be governed by national law and international conventions.
