A notification from the Interim Executive Director of the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research announcing the availability of official documents for the 34th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (CoP-34) and the 61st meeting of the Executive Council (EC-61).

• The official documents for the 34th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (CoP-34) and the 61st meeting of the Executive Council (EC-61), scheduled for June 3–4 via videoconference, have been made available in a shared folder.
• According to Rule 17 of the Standing Rules of the Conference of the Parties (approved in June 2021), background documentation for a provisional agenda must include reports from the previous Conference of the Parties and associated Pre-CoP and Post-CoP Executive Council Meetings, the Directorate's annual report, the proposed Plan for future activities for the following year, and the Budget approved by the Financial and Administrative Committee.
• Rule 17 mandates that the Executive Director provide supporting information to the Parties at least 30 days prior to the Conference.
