A notification from the Executive Director of the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) announcing the availability of preliminary reports from the 32nd Conference of the Parties (CoP-32) and the 57th Executive Council meeting (CE-57) for review and comment.

• The preliminary report for the 32nd Conference of the Parties (CoP-32), which was hosted by Bolivia and Canada via videoconference in 2024, is available for review. The report is divided into two sections: Section I provides a summary of procedures, and Section II contains 24 Decisions adopted by the Parties.
• Participants of CoP-32 are invited to submit observations on the preliminary report to Soledad Noya by August 22, 2024, in accordance with Rule 95 of the Conference of the Parties Regulations.
• The preliminary report for the 57th Executive Council meeting (CE-57), held via videoconference in 2024, is available for review. While Rule 63 of the Executive Council Regulations does not specify a deadline for observations, the IAI Executive Directorate requests them as soon as possible, preferably 90 days before the 33rd Conference of the Parties to allow for final editing and translation.
