A notification from the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) announcing that the preliminary reports from the 2023 extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties (CoP) are available for review and comment.

• The preliminary reports for the 2023 extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties, conducted via videoconference, have been published on the IAI website for review. These reports consist of Section I, which summarizes procedures, and Section II, which contains the Decision adopted by the Parties.
• In accordance with Article 95 of the Conference of the Parties Regulations (approved in June 2021), the Executive Director is required to prepare a Preliminary Report containing resolutions, approved action lists, minutes, and annexes, to be shared with participants within 60 days of the conference's end.
• Representatives of CoP-30 are invited to submit observations and comments on the meeting report to Ms. Soledad Noya by a deadline of May 26, 2023.
