A notification from the Executive Director of the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) announcing that the preliminary report for the 52nd Meeting of the Executive Council (CE-52) is available for review and comments.

• The preliminary report for the 52nd Meeting of the Executive Council (CE-52), which took place in November 2021, has been published on the IAI website for review and feedback from representatives.
• While Rule 63 of the Executive Council Regulations does not specify a deadline for submitting observations on meeting reports, the IAI Executive Directorate requests that comments be submitted as soon as possible, preferably 90 days before the 30th Conference of the Parties (CoP-30) scheduled for June 2022.
• According to Rule 63 of the Executive Council Regulations, reports for the two Executive Council meetings (pre and post Conference of the Parties) must include all approved recommendations, resolutions, daily action lists, minutes, and annexes, and must be approved at the start of the following pre-CoP meeting.
