The Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) is requesting nominations for representatives to its Financial and Administrative Committee (FAC), as the current membership expires on August 19, 2020.

• The IAI is inviting member Parties to nominate qualified representatives for the Financial and Administrative Committee (FAC), a subcommittee of the Executive Council. The FAC's mission is to act on behalf of the Executive Council regarding the "planeamiento, preparación e implementación de asuntos financieros, administrativos y de gerenciamiento de proyectos del IAI".
• The current composition of the FAC expires on August 19, 2020, following a two-year renewable term that began in 2018. New members will be elected for a two-year period, with the IAI Director of Finance and Administration serving as an ex-officio member.
• Candidates for the FAC should preferably possess 10 years of experience in financial and administrative areas, and knowledge of international organization procedures is welcomed. The Executive Council, consulting with the Executive Director, will shortlist five candidates to present to the CoP.
