The Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) has completed a project to convert official meeting documents of the Conference of the Parties and the Executive Council into electronic format to support Decision XXV/22 regarding access to official documents.

• The IAI has finished converting official meeting documents from the Executive Council and the Conference of the Parties into an electronic format, which are now accessible via the IAI website in accordance with Decision XXV/22.
• Future work on the project will focus on improving document accessibility through the creation of more intuitive pages, the addition of new meeting documents, and the development of a searchable database for information retrieval.
• The project was made possible through contributions from IAI interns, with specific acknowledgment given to those from the International Cooperation Division of the Korea Environment Corporation in the Republic of Korea.
