The Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) is seeking nominations for an informal advisory committee to help develop the IAI Science and Technology Policy Fellowship Program, as mandated by Decision XXVI/29 from the 26th meeting of the Conference of the Parties in Antigua, Guatemala.

• The IAI Directorate is establishing an informal advisory committee to guide the development and implementation of a Science and Technology Policy Fellowship Program, following Decision XXVI/29 adopted at the 26th meeting of the Conference of the Parties in Antigua, Guatemala, 2018.
• The IAI is inviting nominations from Parties and Associates for experts to serve on the committee, specifically seeking those with expertise in transdisciplinary science, policy, technology, research, and experience in capacity building, mentoring, and the management of scholarships/fellowships. Representatives from national Science, Technology, and Research Councils are noted as especially valuable.
• Nominations must be submitted to the IAI Directorate by 1 May 2019. The committee will include two to three members nominated by the Parties, selected based on expertise, experience, gender balance, and geographic balance, alongside representatives from the Science-Policy Advisory Committee (SPAC) and the Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC).
