The Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) is requesting that member parties review and update the information regarding their Permanent and Alternate Representatives listed on the IAI website.

• The IAI Executive Directorate is updating the list of Permanent and Alternate Representatives published on its website and requests that member countries notify the IAI of any necessary revisions via the appropriate diplomatic authority, such as a Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassy, or Consulate.
• According to the Agreement for the Creation of the IAI, the Conference of the Parties is the primary body responsible for formulating the Institute's policies.
• Under Rule 2 of the Conference of the Parties (CoP) Regulations, each Party is required to designate one Permanent Representative and one or more Alternate Permanent Representatives to the IAI.
