• The Dominican Republic participates in the Harmonize project, which focuses on creating digital toolkits to standardize data related to health, climate, and the environment, under the leadership of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center.
• IAI members have access to several professional and institutional opportunities, including funding calls from the Belmont Forum, nominations for the Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC), the Science and Policy Advisory Committee (SPAC), and the Indigenous Peoples Advisory Committee (IPAC), as well as the Science, Technology and Policy (STeP) Fellowship program for public officials.
• The national representative for the Dominican Republic within the IAI is the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources.
