The institute is unable to commit funds for new hiring, including positions for the Tripartite Agreement, until contributions from Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina are received.
• The relocation of the IAI Directorate to Uruguay is complete, with a total cost of approximately US$175,000. This move was delayed by nearly 7 months due to the approval process of the Host Country Agreement in Uruguay.
