• The FAC expressed concern over the IAI's financial sustainability, noting a low level of country participation and an increasing dependence on a small number of countries for operating funds. Regarding specific contributions, as of April 30, 2006, the USA's core budget contribution was being processed, and Argentina had requested the release of $50,000 to pay its 2005/06 contribution.
