The Financial and Administrative Committee (FAC) of the IAI reports an unqualified audit opinion for the 2017-18 fiscal year and recommends the approval of the 2019-2020 Operating Budget, which maintains stable spending of approximately $1,400,000 without increasing member contributions.

• The Financial and Administrative Committee (FAC) is responsible for overseeing the IAI's financial and administrative management, including the approval of staff salaries and benefits, cost-of-living and merit increase policies, and the review of financial statements, cash flow, and the preliminary Operating Budget before submission to the Executive Council (CE) and the Conference of the Parties (CoP).
• The FAC recommends that the Executive Council submit the 2019-2020 Operating Budget to the Conference of the Parties for approval. The committee considers the projected expenses to be reasonable and appropriate, with stable spending of approximately $1,400,000 and no proposed increase in member country contributions for the following year.
• Independent auditors provided an unqualified opinion for the 2017-18 fiscal year, stating that the IAI's financial statements fairly presented the organization's financial position in all material respects.
