The model suggests that a small group of donors typically provides the most significant contributions, such as four donations of $10 million each.
• The campaign is structured into subsequent phases: a 'silent phase' (March 2019 – April 2020) aiming to secure 50-60% of the target before public announcement; a public launch and intensive solicitation phase (May 2020 – June 2022 or 2023); and a conclusion phase starting in July 2023.
• The IAI emphasizes that financing and communication strategies are interconnected, as improved marketing and visibility are expected to maximize the potential to attract new donors and resources.
