Letter of Intent

This Letter of Intent outlines the formation of a consortium between the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI), the International Council for Science (ICSU-ROLAC), and the UNESCO regional office to support Future Earth activities in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).

• The consortium's primary objective is to create and execute a program focused on research, assessment, capacity building, and outreach regarding two specific Future Earth themes: sustainable energy and risk prevention and management.
