Action list

The action list from the 29th Meeting of the IAI Executive Council outlines administrative approvals, the formation of committees for SAC member nominations and financial oversight, and the initiation of a strategic plan draft.

• The Executive Council (EC) established a committee to recommend candidates for the election of IAI SAC members, consisting of the SAC Chair and representatives from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, and Venezuela. This committee's report is scheduled for presentation during the morning session of day 1 at the meeting of the Conference of the Parties (CoP).
• The EC approved the charter for the Financial and Administrative Committee, which includes the IAI Directorate as an ex-officio member and renewed memberships from Brazil, Canada, and the US, while remaining open to new participants.
• The Director and Paul Filmer, with participation from the SAC, are tasked with preparing the first draft of a strategic plan for distribution among EC representatives.
