• The EC approved the extension of the FAC charter for two additional years, lasting until January 2010, with Brazil, Canada, and the USA continuing as members of the FAC.
• The Dominican Republic offered to host a meeting of the group writing the IAI Strategic Planning, tentatively scheduled for 17-19 February 2008. Additionally, Argentina confirmed it would host the next EC and CoP meetings in Buenos Aires in June 2008.
