Report of the 28th meeting of the Conference to the Parties to the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research

• The meeting established a mandate for the IAI Directorate to develop a policy on gender to promote equitable participation and leadership of women within IAI projects and activities, to be presented at CoP-29.
• The IAI Directorate reported on several active initiatives, including the Science and Technology Policy Fellowships Program (STeP) pilot programs in Mexico and Argentina, and projects in the Caribbean region funded by the Inter-American Development Bank.
