Amendment No. 3 to the Trust Fund Contribution Agreement among the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Green Climate Fund, and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, serving as trustee of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund, concerning the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund (MTO No. 069022)

The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has agreed to provide a supplemental contribution of EUR 50,000,000 to the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund. This amount is split into a EUR 20,000,000 Capital Contribution and a EUR 30,000,000 Grant Contribution, both to be paid in installments between December 2024 and June 2028.

• The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is providing a supplemental contribution totaling fifty million Euros (EUR 50,000,000) to the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund.
• The supplemental funding is divided into two types: a Capital Contribution of twenty million Euros (EUR 20,000,000) and a Grant Contribution of thirty million Euros (EUR 30,000,000).
• The Capital Contribution of EUR 20,000,000 will be paid in four equal installments of five million Euros each, due on or before June 30 of the years 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028.
• The Grant Contribution of EUR 30,000,000 will be paid in four equal installments of seven million five hundred thousand Euros each, due on or before December 31, 2024, and June 30 of 2025, 2026, and 2027.
