Amendment No. 3 to the Trust Fund Contribution Agreement among the Italian Republic, acting through the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security, the Green Climate Fund, and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, serving as the trustee of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund concerning the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund (MTO No. 069022)

The Italian Republic has agreed to provide a supplemental grant contribution of 300 million Euro to the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund. This funding will be disbursed in nine installments between December 31, 2027, and December 31, 2035, with the largest single payment of 81 million Euro scheduled for 2028.

• The Italian Republic, through the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security, has committed a supplemental grant contribution of 300 million Euro to the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund.
• The supplemental contribution will be paid in cash installments from 2027 to 2035 according to the following schedule: 71 million Euro by December 31, 2027; 81 million Euro by December 31, 2028; 10 million Euro by December 31, 2029; 25 million Euro annually from 2030 through 2034; and 13 million Euro by December 31, 2035.
