The Green Climate Fund (GCF) has developed an operational framework to improve integration and coherence across climate finance institutions. • Pillar Three seeks to align GCF programs with other funds' investments and national policy frameworks, emphasizing the role of National Designated Authorities (NDAs) and Accredited Entities (AEs) in coordinating country-level programming.
