FSD AFRICA SAFEGUARDING POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This document is a Safeguarding Policy Acknowledgement form for FSD Africa staff. It mandates that all employees annually acknowledge their commitment to the organization's safeguarding values and professional conduct standards, providing both online and paper-based methods for submission.

• All staff members at FSD Africa are required to read and acknowledge their compliance with the Safeguarding Policy on an annual basis as a condition for beginning and continuing their employment.
• Employees can complete the Safeguarding Policy Acknowledgment Form through two methods: online via the FSD Africa intranet/website (the expected method for those with access) or via a paper form requested from a supervisor, HR, or Safeguarding Officers.
• By signing the acknowledgement, employees agree to comply with the policy's values, principles, and professional conduct standards, and they commit to reporting any suspected violations of the Safeguarding Policy and related policies.
