TERMS OF REFERENCE Expression of Interest- Executive Coaches

FSD Africa is seeking expressions of interest from accredited executive coaches or firms to provide leadership development services for its senior management and executives.

• FSD Africa aims to engage a pool of executive coaches to enhance the leadership capacity of its senior executives, focusing on leadership effectiveness, decision-making, team dynamics, and alignment with organizational goals.
• The scope of work involves designing and delivering individualized coaching services, which include an initial needs assessment, one-on-one sessions over a period of 6–12 months, the use of evidence-based methodologies, and the potential incorporation of 360-degree feedback.
• Mandatory requirements for bidders include at least 10 years of experience as development coaches and at least 10 years of experience providing accredited executive coaching, supported by three client reference statements.
• The contract award will be based on a weighted scoring system: 40% for demonstrated ability and experience, 30% for the quality of the proposal, and 30% for the fee basis and total costs.
