Project Title Regulatory and Innovation Sandbox Implementation

FSD Africa is partnering with the Bank of Ghana (BoG) from 2022 to 2024, with £200,000 in FCDO funding, to implement a regulatory innovation sandbox. Following a 2021 feasibility assessment by the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, the project provides technical assistance and capacity building to the BoG to help fintechs test and scale innovations, address regulatory barriers, and inform regulatory framework reforms.
