A briefing outlining six points submitted by the Global Campaign to Reclaim Peoples Sovereignty, Dismantle Corporate Power and Stop Impunity to the 2nd Session of the Open-ended intergovernmental working group on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights (OEIGWG).

• The Global Campaign to Reclaim Peoples Sovereignty, Dismantle Corporate Power and Stop Impunity submitted six points for consideration during the 2nd Session of the OEIGWG, held in Geneva from October 24-28, 2016.
• The Global Campaign argues that a legally binding instrument is necessary to address the systemic power of transnational corporations (TNCs) and to end corporate impunity, noting that TNC power has had unprecedented effects on affected communities.
