ATALC se mantiene firme con el pueblo venezolano contra el imperialismo

ATALC rejects the United States' threats of a "military option" against Venezuela, viewing such actions as imperialist interference. The organization supports the sovereignty of the Venezuelan people and criticizes regional governments, specifically Brazil, for supporting the political isolation of Venezuela under the guise of democracy.

• ATALC strongly condemns the United States' threats of a "military option" against Venezuela, which it characterizes as part of a broader political, economic, and media siege led by the administration of Donald Trump.
• The organization asserts that Venezuelan sovereignty must be defended to ensure that the country's future is defined by its own working class, peasant movements, Afro-descendant communities, and Indigenous Peoples, rather than through U.S. interference.
• ATALC criticizes the Brazilian government and other regional administrations for attempting to politically isolate Venezuela in the name of democracy while simultaneously repressing social struggles and violating the rights of Indigenous Peoples.
