Friends of the Earth International (via ATALC and ATI) responds to the June 7, 2017, court hearing of four suspects in the murder of Berta Cáceres, arguing that identifying both the material perpetrators and the underlying interests behind the crime is essential to protect indigenous and peasant communities in Honduras from further persecution and murder.
