• There are concerns that project information may have been reported untruthfully to the ERM Certification and Verification Services Ltd or the National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC) of the People’s Republic of China.
• The project owner may not have secured the legally required approval from the National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC) of the People’s Republic of China.
