Info and Requirements

Climate Central provides free, fact-checked news packages for broadcast and digital use, provided that media partners maintain attribution, preserve logos and sign-outs, and refrain from unauthorized editing or repurposing of the content.

• Media partners using Climate Central's news packages must provide attribution in the introduction, retain the Climate Central logo on graphics, and keep the original sign-out at the end of the piece.
• The content is provided under strict usage restrictions: editing, re-voicing, or altering the original pieces is prohibited without mutual agreement, and the materials cannot be repurposed for other broadcasts or added to b-roll libraries.
• Social media and YouTube distribution requires collaboration with Climate Central, including the use of collaboration requests, tagging, or noting Climate Central as the video owner in descriptions.
