Independent Assurance Statement

KPMG India provided an independent limited assurance statement for Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) regarding its Green Bond Framework. The statement confirms that the framework conforms, in all material respects, to the pre-issuance requirements of the Climate Bonds Standard Version 2.1.
