• Legally, the Climate Bonds Standard Board operates as an advisory committee of the Climate Bonds Initiative Board. It does not accept or owe liability or responsibility to any issuer applying for or holding certification under the Climate Bonds Certification Scheme, and its recommendations to the Climate Bonds Initiative Board are provided in an advisory capacity only.
