Climate Bonds Network brochure

The Climate Bonds Network is a global community managed by the Climate Bonds Initiative that provides members—including banks, investors, governments, and regulators—with market intelligence, networking opportunities, and specialized training to support the transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy.

• The Climate Bonds Network consists of over 110 members globally, comprising a diverse group of stakeholders such as regulators, governments, issuers, investors, banks, and industry leaders. Since 2010, the Climate Bonds Initiative has used this network to help mobilise trillions in sustainable and green investment.
• The Network offers a structured training curriculum divided into three pathways: Foundation Courses (covering GSS+ bonds, transition finance, and adaptation & resilience), Deep Dive Courses (focusing on GSS+ bond criteria and regional resilience financing), and Advanced/Specialist Courses (covering transition plan assessment and resilient public systems). Training is grounded in Climate Bonds' standards, taxonomies, and datasets.
• Membership is structured into three tiers—Network Member, Network Supporter, and Network Champion—with increasing levels of visibility and service. All members receive the network mark for reports, quarterly newsletters, and issuance data. Higher tiers gain additional benefits such as private market briefings, priority invitations to review technical work, joint press releases with the CEO, and sponsorship credits for CONNECT events.
• The CBRT Taxonomy identifies seven specific resilience themes for financing: natural systems, health systems, social systems, cities, food systems, infrastructure, and industry & commerce.
