LOW CARBON BUILDINGS CRITERIA UNDER THE CLIMATE BONDS STANDARD

• Residential buildings in Colombia are eligible for certification if they are certified by the Consejo Colombiano de Construcción Sostenible (CCCS) under the CASA Colombia v2.1 rating scheme and meet one of two conditions: achieving 2 points after mandatory conditions in the EE3 credit prescriptive method (which are additional to the 4 points minimum required per the February 23, 2022 addendum), or achieving a 25% improvement above the baseline in the EE3 credit performance method.
• Residential property upgrades in Colombia can be eligible under the Climate Bonds Standard if they meet specific operating energy emissions reduction targets based on the bond term: a minimum reduction of 30% for a 5 year bond and a minimum reduction of 50% for a 30 year bond.
• Social Housing residential buildings in Colombia are not covered by these specific criteria but are eligible under the 'SOCIAL HOUSING BUILDINGS - COLOMBIA' proxy criteria.
