Bioenergy Criteria Document

This document is an annex to the Bioenergy Criteria Document published by the Climate Bonds Initiative, listing the members of the Technical Working Group (TWG) and the Industry Working Group (IWG) involved in the criteria's development.

• The Bioenergy Criteria Document was developed with a leadership team consisting of Francisco Moreno Castro (Climate Bonds Coordinator), Bernabé Alonso Fariñas (Technical Lead Advisor from the University of Seville), and Ana Díaz Vázquez (Climate Bonds Energy Lead).
• The Technical Working Group (TWG) included representatives from various international institutions, including the IEA Bioenergy, University of Seville, Excorom, Ivanovo State Power University, ERM, University of Pretoria, WBA, Energy System Catapult, NSW Department of Primary Industries, and London Imperial College.
• The Industry Working Group (IWG) provided critical feedback on the usability-focused consultation process, though participation did not necessarily imply endorsement of the criteria. Members included representatives from entities such as Vita Veris, BNDES, CENER, BP Bioenergy, Biotheck, ERM, Bureau Veritas, Fedebiocombustibles, EBRD, BSI, SGS, CSC, KPMG, Emergent Ventures, JCRA, Agusto & Co., Quantavision, Sucofindo, and Rating and Investment.
