• Saudi Electricity, a government-backed entity owned by the Saudi government by more than 80%, will provide annual reporting until proceeds are fully allocated. • The Climate Bonds Initiative notes that Saudi Electricity has identified a preliminary list of nine projects to be completed by 2021. The CBI highlights that Saudi Arabia only saw its first green bonds in 2019.
