Green Bond Fact Sheet

• Uniqa Insurance Group will provide annual allocation and impact reporting until all proceeds are allocated. Allocation reports will detail the total amount per category, the proportion used for refinancing, and the remaining unallocated balance, while impact reports will track metrics such as water losses avoided (m3) and tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions avoided.
• The bond received a second party opinion from Sustainalytics and a credit rating of BBB from S&P. It was underwritten by HSBC, JPM, and Raiffeisen, with a coupon of 3.25% and a yield of 3.356%.
• According to the Climate Bonds Initiative, Uniqa Insurance is the first insurance company from Austria to issue a green bond that finances a broad range of categories.
