Green Bond Fact Sheet

This fact sheet details a EUR 500 million green bond issued on May 23, 2019, by RZD Capital PLC, a subsidiary of Russian Railways. The bond is certified under the Climate Bonds Standard Version 2.1 and is the first internationally available green bond from a Russian entity.

• The issuer committed to publishing annual reports on the allocation of proceeds, including estimates of avoided CO2 emissions and the number of passengers.
