Green Bond Fact Sheet

• The proceeds of the bond are designated to refinance a property portfolio of rent-regulated residential apartment houses in Nordic countries, primarily Sweden, constructed between 1900 and 1991. SBB commits to reducing the purchased energy (kWh) per heated square meter and year by at least 30% across this portfolio through energy efficiency investments, potentially including rooftop solar units.
• SBB will provide transparency through an annual newsletter available on its website, which will detail green bond developments, outstanding amounts, the Separate Account balance, and the Green Project Portfolio. Reporting will include avoided CO2-equivalent emissions based on energy savings, reduced fossil fuel use, and avoided energy use, with metrics such as energy consumption per heated square meter and the percentage of energy supplied by renewable energy.
