• The issuer committed to annual reporting on the allocation of proceeds and the resulting impacts, specifically intending to aggregate loan volumes and the amount of greenhouse gases avoided or reduced.
• This issuance represents the second covered bond from a Swedish green bond issuer, following a deal by Landshypotek Bank in May 2018, and contributed to a cumulative green covered bond volume of USD 8.3bn.
